Pw-24-25 Repair of Bituminous Concrete Patches (Re-Bid)

The purpose of this Contract is to repair Bituminous Concrete Patches in roadways at various locations throughout the Town.

General Bidders must demonstrate expertise in similar construction and a record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. Bidders must have completed 3 municipal projects, of similar nature, in the last five (5) years. References shall be provided with bids so that the bidder’s experience record can be verified.

All quantities are approximate and are to be used only for comparison of Bids.

The Commissioner of Public Works reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity, as needed, to meet budget constraints. The Town will award the Contract to the lowest, responsible, qualified bidder, as determined by the Commissioner of Public Works.

Note: All excavated material will be removed as the work progresses. No stockpiling on the roadway will be permitted.
