Inspection & Testing of Switchgear & Ancillary Equipment

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Cook Chill Production Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide the Inspection & Testing of Switchgear & Ancillary Equipment, located at Cook Chill Production Center, 145 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962.

The Program Work Plan with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 10:00am EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than April 15, 2024, at 3:00pm EST.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, April 23 by 3:00pm EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by April 30, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3:00pm EST on May 10, 2024.
